Raw Natural Honey of white clover, acacia and wildflowers
Crystallization is a natural process for honey – it depends on the type of honey and its susceptibility to crystallization. In addition to its natural crystallized state, we also offer slowly melted honey to a liquid state.

Our herbal honey has pollen of white clover, hawthorn, wild mustard, acacia, blue corn-flower, wild nettle, among others.
The honey was harvested in a semi-mountainous region near the village of Kosharevo, west of Sofia. The bees manage to take advantage of the blossoming of white clover and acacia once every 4-5 years. The rest of the time grazing fails due to heavy rains, low temperatures and other climate disruptions.
